Thank you for shopping with The Find. We work with a range of suppliers and fulfilment partners to bring you our collection of Finds.

Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

Delivery times

As our products may be shipped directly from our fulfilment partners, delivery times can vary depending on the product and destination.

For Australian orders, please allow approximately 7–28 business days after dispatch for delivery.

These timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occasionally occur due to carriers, customs, public holidays, peak periods or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping within Australia is $10 AUD.

We offer FREE standard shipping on Australian orders of $100 AUD or more.

Multiple items

If you order multiple products, they may be fulfilled by different suppliers. This means your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping because your order is split into multiple deliveries.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we will assist you.
